General Amenities

Shrine Mountain Inn consists of three separate cabins - Jay’s, Chuck’s, and Walter’s - which sleep a total of 36 people. For your comfort and convenience, all of the cabins have indoor bathrooms with flush toilets, a shower or tub, electricity, lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen. A shared sauna is located between Jay’s and Chuck’s and propane grills are provided at each cabin.

What To Bring

Visitors to Shrine Mountain Inn must provide their own sleeping bags or bedding, pillowcases, and towels. If you prefer, sleeping bags and liners are available for a $10 fee. Warm clothes, rainwear, suntan lotion, toiletries, food, a map and compass, and any other equipment appropriate to your trip should also be brought with you.

Limitations of Use

Please... dogs are not allowed within the Tenth Mountain Division Hut System. No motorized access to the hut system is allowed in the winter. Vehicle access to Shrine Mountain Inn is possible via Shrine Pass Road in July, August, September, and most of October. Parties, weddings, or special occasions are allowed between July 1st and October 1st. Visit our events page for guidelines and regulations. Please call (970) 963-3901 or (970) 704-0862 with questions regarding special use of the cabins. TMDHA and Shrine Mountain Inn support Leave no Trace and ask all visitors to leave the cabins as they found them by packing out all trash and other items.
